All roles are full-time and hybrid across India.
Design and improve our RAG pipeline, LangGraph exam-generation workflow, and AI feedback engine. You will work with GPT-4o, Azure OpenAI, and pgvector to keep question quality high and hallucinations near zero.
Own the ingestion pipeline that turns books, PDFs, and current-affairs articles into searchable knowledge chunks. You will tune chunking strategies, OCR accuracy, subject tagging, and embedding quality so every generated question is grounded in real source material.
Build and maintain our FastAPI backend — auth, exam engine, subscriptions, and Razorpay payments. Strong async Python and PostgreSQL skills required; experience with SQLAlchemy 2.0 and Alembic a plus.
Build the candidate exam experience, admin dashboards, and marketing pages using Next.js 16 App Router and Tailwind CSS. You care about performance, accessibility, and pixel-level detail.
Own test coverage for backend APIs, AI pipeline outputs, and frontend flows. Write and maintain automated test suites, flag regressions in AI-generated content, and define quality standards for exam questions.
Manage our Azure infrastructure (App Service, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenAI, Blob Storage) using Bicep and Azure DevOps Pipelines. Keep deployments fast, costs low, and uptime at 99.9%.
Grow TruSathi AI's presence across Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and X. Create content that resonates with government exam aspirants — study tips, current affairs breakdowns, success stories, and product updates. Data-driven mindset required.
Secure the platform end-to-end — API hardening, JWT and OAuth flows, Azure Key Vault policies, penetration testing, and compliance with data protection standards. You will also define security review processes for every new feature shipped.
