1. Digital subscription service
TruSathi AI provides a digital subscription service. When you purchase a plan, you immediately gain access to AI-generated mock exams, chat, current affairs, and other features for the subscription period.
Because access to the service is granted immediately upon successful payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and used.
2. Eligibility for a refund
A refund request may be considered in the following circumstances: (a) you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error; (b) your payment was processed successfully but you were unable to access the platform for a significant portion of your subscription period due to a verified technical issue on our end; or (c) you did not receive the subscription you paid for.
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, exam difficulty, score outcomes, or general platform experience are not eligible, as the service was delivered as described.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@trusathiai.com within 7 days of the payment date. Include your registered email address, the date and amount of the transaction, and a brief explanation of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Partial refunds
Partial refunds are not available for unused days in a subscription period unless the platform was unavailable for an extended time due to a verified issue on our end.
5. Payment disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
